1. Engagement Parameters
By accessing our estimating services, scheduling an electrical cutover, or submitting site documents, you agree to these operating parameters. All mechanical and electrical field work is performed strictly under active regional master licenses (NYC DOB Master Electrician #11063, Town of Hempstead #822, Suffolk County #ME-4343).
2. Estimates & Site Surveys
All portal estimates are preliminary. Binding contract rates require an onsite physical mechanical and electrical engineering survey. Permits, utility cutover coordination fees, and municipal filings will be detailed explicitly on your final written proposal.
3. Service SLA & Outage Limits
For commercial projects, our work schedule and shutoff windows are strictly bound by the agreed-upon contract SLA. If our team exceeds the pre-cleared shutoff duration without written consent, the financial remedies outlined in our contract schedule will apply.
4. Warranties & Compliance
All standby generators and custom electrical installations are completed to factory specifications. Because our staff holds active OEM certifications, all work preserves the standard manufacturer parts warranty. Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 full year from physical inspection sign-off.
